Air Fryers and the InstantPot are the latest rage in the culinary world. What exactly are they? How do they work? What are their benefits? This class will answer all your questions while showing you how easy (and fun) it is to use these two appliances. The air fryer, which uses little to no oil, literally fries your food in a fraction of the time. French fries will never be the same for you! Oh, and it does more than fry. You can bake, grill, and steam in it as well. The InstantPot is a multi-function appliance that is an electric pressure cooker (without all the worries that you have with the standard pressure cookers), slow cooker, steamer, yogurt maker, sauté/browning pan, and warming pot. From the novice to the professional cook-in-the-kitchen, these tools will find a place in your kitchen (and your heart).
