We started with a trio of hummus, spicy hummus, and baba ganoush coupled with fragrant dolmas.
Our next course included the Persian-Style Pasta, Saffron Basmati Rice, Dill Basmati rice, Gourmet Sabzi with Mushrooms, and Gheime Bademjan. 
We finished our meal with Almond Halvah.

Paleo Brio is pulled out all the stops for us. All the vegan items on the menu were served to us tapas style; so we will have the opportunity to taste all their tasty vegan options (scroll down to see the extraordinary menu). For our special night, they adding Veganification’s Beet Burger to their offerings.
The dinner was pre fixed at $49.95, which included all the items on the menu as well as choices of non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuities.

First Course: Appetizers – House-made Sweet Potato Fries, Yucca Fries, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with a Raspberry Glaze, Kale Chips, Heirloom Tomato Salad
Second Course: Entree – Protein: Tofu and Veganification’s Beet Burger
